All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We may occasionally offer Free Shipping during promotions or on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes.


Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Our support team will review your request and assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only make changes before your order has been processed by our fulfillment center.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
